At Noetic Beauty Co., we take pride in providing premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed, colored, or otherwise tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@noeticbeautyco.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

To be eligible for review, products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Noetic Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
